Sylvia Vasquez Martinez was born in California and raised in Donna, Texas. She has 3 children Teresa Martinez, Rodolfo C. Martinez, and Jose P. Martinez. 

She worked for Medico Drug Store from 1982-1986 with the highest position held of manager.  She attended and graduated from Texas State Technical Institute, now known as Texas State College, with an associate degree in Instrumentation Technology.  She later worked for Donna ISD and retired in January 2022 after 32 years of service.  She started at Tovar Financial Group in March 2022 and recently became an insurance agent.  She’s looking forward to helping you with your insurance needs.
